One of the best shocks Ive seen in cinema. The film is my fave out of the trilogy...its just a shame the studio tacked on that rubbish ending...

I was a kid when I first watched this movie and I rememeber that my sister had to sleep together in the same bed for many days after it as we were scared to death... But the most frightening part for me was the popping up of the Christ's face. Now, as I still like to torture myself with this horror movies scenes, I'm going to find it in you tube :-p

The creators of Silent Hill admitted they got the idea for Lisa (a nurse with a red sweater) from this movie, and this scene in partiular.
