djorab: If you try the website elko(dot)is, it has English instructions on the right side in a pdf file. You'll have to ask if they ship to your country, though. The simplest solution would be to find another group ;) Maybe you would like the group Sigur Ros, as they are also Icelandic (but much easier to find).
