No the punchline is part of what makes it funny. The name of the act is meant to be the exact opposite of what it should be. That's why people still laugh when you say, "The Aristocrats!" In the movie there is a joke about a family's skit where they eat a dinner and have a quiet evening and do nothing disgusting. When the talent agent asks the family what the act is called, they respond, "The Cocksucking Motherfuckers!" It's principle of the joke is the same, but the body is different.

Dude, there is NO point to the punchline, the joke is simply meant to be as dirty and wrong as possible. It's the telling of the joke itself that makes it funny, NOT the punchline.
