I've worked with and studied a lot about 3D CG and I can assure you that everything in this is very possible to do. Theirs nothing in this video that you can say, that suggests that she's real. In fact, it's hard to define anything as being real anymore, because today's technology allows essentially anything on screen, to be fake with enough work. If someone is truly dedicated and has enough skill, it's more then possible. Yes it is.

@ Mecchagyaru, Lumi(singer) is half CG, half real. Lumi is modelled after 2 people (Rachel Rhodes and Nami Miyahara. They also are credited for Lumi`s vocals in the credits section of the Genki Rockets most recent album, 「元気ロケッツ I - Heavenly Star 」. It is also believed that Lumi`s vocals are synthesized from other various singers, as so pointed out by Lobomarino.

It's because in roman numerals, two is II, while one is I, and therefore if you add two ones together, you get II, or two. I don't know how well I explained this...
