Training your abs is good for you, it does NOT burn any significant amount of calories!
You want to burn fat, eat more often but smaller meals, eat good breakfast! Starving yourself normally doesn't work, you'll gain you weight back really fast. Oh yeah! less red meat!
Exercise can help, but running, jogging, walking!, as long as you do it for more than 20min...
This video is misguiding,or downright LYING: you WON'T lose fat with abs training, spot fat lose is a MYTH!
