So here she is, smoking in her car with kids in the back, and she can't reach to put the ticket in the car, so she drives up closer and still can't reach it. By then, a normal person would have opened the car door and reached out from there. But no. This retarded ass kept driving closer and then she hit the curb and smashed off the gate. Then she reversed a little bit, and THEN opened the door, but just to see if there was a scratch on her car. Then she drove off. Fucking worthless cunt.
