The line "A Tribute to all Nations but mostly America" is from the Muppets 3D Show at the Disney (formerly Disney-MGM) Studios Park in Orlando, Fl. Sam The Eagle is in charge of the finale and he tells Kermit it's called a "Tribute to all Nations, but Mostly America", which always get's a big laugh from the crowd. The show then culminates with a very hysterical tribute to nations around the world. Try searching for Muppets 3D, Muppets Disney, Muppets MGM, etc. Maybe it's uploaded.
