The ones who committed the crime...or the victors who gave refuge and high paying careers to those who ran Unit 731 and all the other similar units...as long as they shared all the information gleened from these 'experiments'? Watch the whole movie and maybe read up on what happened. The blood of the victims are on the allied nations' hands as well, I'm afraid.

Japan was bad, but that was 60 years ago. Japan has learned from it's mistakes. China hasn't. Look up "Death by 1000 Cuts" "Tiananmen Square Massacre" "Chinese Organ Harvesting" and "Mao's Great Leap Forward" and you'll see why China's worse than Japan, which is really hard to do.

Here are some suggestions to add to your tags, thedarkhalfv2: ちょこく = China にほｎ = Japan にほんじｎ = Japanese 嬲り殺し なぶりごろし = Torture Because when Japanese search for these tags, they would then recognize what shitty things their ancestors did, and would eventually create pressure in Japan.
