your moving your arms way too much, when doing flams your arms should be motionless this way the sticks should only move vertically and you will have a lot more control

Your flams are wrong, the best way to explain it is when having the stick playing the grace not at a resting height, and dropping it down, just before you play with the hand playing the full stroke, that is the best way i know how to explain it.

your flams are not correct, your lefts flams are different than the rights! If you play fast the sound isn't clean...
