OMG, I have been doing this exercise for about a month and it is fantastic especially when you pair it with basic squats and use dumbbells

Why do you keep your back like that? to me it makes much more sense to stand up almost straight for each squat, it allows blood to flow more freely and it will increase the work done by your quads because you will be raising your whole torso against gravity, not just your ass.

What? Squats are the best exercise?
Talk about putting a load on all the wrong places, like the lower back and knee.
Put the load where it belongs, on the hams and glutes first, calves and quad second, with Bondarchuk step-ups.
Even the Bulgarian Olympic Lift team dumped squats for Bondarchuk step-ups.
Far too many are indoctrinated by Academe by degrees and parrot what they learn instead of finding out truth and practical, superior ways. |
