maybe in the heavyweight division using weight training is more useful but the lighter you go in the weight division the less weight training you need... as far as tyson's weight as a disadvantage to floyds weight ya true tysons gonna be a lot slower but when i gave my opinion earlier about who i thought would win i chose to leave their weight differences out of it and focus more on who i thought had more skills versus weaknesses which would make mayweather the winner in my eyes

mayweather's used weights to work his neck muscles to be quick when it comes to snapping his head back and away from punches ive also seen him use very small 3 or 5 pound weights in the gym when throwing combinations which helps his hand speed but what im talking bout is the bigger weights in the 24/7 series it shows hatton doing a shoulder wrkout using 20 or 25 pound weights true i admit he would have been outclassed anyways most boxing trainers i kno of choose to stay away from big weights |
