i wanna get in shape for christmas. can i do this every day, or is it better to do it twice a day and then relax one day? or can i do it twice every day?
im combining this with the sparkpeople core workout.

when i do the fire hydrant thing, the opposite hip starts to hurt. am i doing something wrong, or is it just the muscles getting tired?
i was guessing that because i need those muscles to stay balanced.
