"The agents never suppressed or tampered with evidence" They picked up their spent shells and never reported the incident. If had have followed procedure they would have faced a suspension not jail time. I don't agree with them getting prison time, I think they should just be discharged from service. Just don't forget that these men were grossly negligent in conduct.

WTF?! Not one person is innocent in this case. Everyone is brainwashed, except the 12 jurors that came to the conclusion after reviewing the irrefutable evidence, that the BP agents were guilty in the shooting of an unarmed fleeing suspect, tampering with crime scene evidence and obstruction of justice. Defenders from what? A non-toxic herb that never should be illegal in the first place?
