No, in my opinion, I said that 'my world' would stand still; and obviously my world differs from that of your own, and as for the 2 things I apparently 'agreed with', well I'd like to state that I only agreed with half of one your points: 'But you're right. Who's 'the man'? - And yeah they might have underachieved - but I don't think that a band like Stone Roses needs awards or recognition for that matter - The music they made influenced a hell of a lot of people. In my opinion they're still one of the greatest bands in the world. And if you did go by achievements and popularity, then Spice Girls would be ranked higher than Stone Roses... and I need a reality check?> Based on my own opinion. Considering it was in fact Squire's idea about the paint thing, I find it harsh to displace the blame onto just Brown himself. But you're right. They should never have chucked paint over the record label owner's wife: it wasn't her fault he was cock. I think what they did was justice if anything, and as for never being a big name- Well if there were to be a reunion then the world would stand still- but of course thats understandable coming from a man who worships the crack-ed who is Pete Doherty
