a fast hit weak hit is better then a slow strong hit... a fast hit will allow you more hits in and if you can aim, aim for weak spots like shoulders, knees, wrist and my fav. a swift kick to the back of the head ^_^

I just restarted Martial Arts after doing it as a kid, and I was a little disappointed at the Sparring thing... It's fun as hell I have to say :), but I kinda wish there was a more authentic way of training and competing, not just "lol hit the colored dots". But i guess that would be painful, since by 'authentic' I mean not using padding lol.

eh.. he was probably at a small time tournament. It's not like he was performing for the Olympics or anything. Besides, the crowd's not important, it's the judges who are. You have to focus all your attention on them. I wonder if he won.
