Edward Rubin Speaks at Commencement

Edward Rubin, Alumni Professor of Engineering & Public Policy and Mechanical Engineering, spoke about his work with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) at the Carnegie Mellon University commencement ceremony on May 18, 2008.
