My doctor has a chart that depending upon your height gives you the optimun weight you should be. You're no doctor so I suggest you check your sources because I just went to my doctors last week.

Actually, it would be technically overweight if it was fat, but its muscle and sinew. And for my height, I should be 250 pounds, so I am actually underweight according to my doctor.
