Be clear in your logics, at the point of entry. Perhaps, this will make for a more diplomatic, "logical" exchange. Do not make "remote" asumptions. Your lack of spelling, in french (second graders are usually better spellers), is not a bother. Just learn to communicate effectively, with courtesy.
